Meet Autograph
Autograph is a signature fieldtype for ExpressionEngine. Add an Autograph field to a channel and it becomes a signing pad: visitors draw their signature with a mouse, a finger or a stylus, and the signature is saved with the entry, or as an image in an upload directory.
It's made for Channel Forms. A Channel Form that includes an Autograph field shows the pad with no extra template work, and the signature is saved with the rest of the entry.
